2024 Mugshot Sayed Mousavi who was shot and killed on I-15 last Friday after rear ending a trooper and then threatening the trooper with a knife. In 2024 Mousavi was arrest on terroristic threats, served time in jail for 250 days waiting for adjudication, was offered a plea deal and was released with time served and 36 months probation. No Bail warrant at time of arrest: "Once MOUSAVI was in custody, he stated several times that as soon as he was released, he would kill Americans. MOUSAVI also stated he was going to buy guns and shoot up the Sandy Police Department in four weeks. These allegations show that MOUSAVI poses a significant risk of danger to the victims and the community if he is released on bail. This warrant is necessary to protect the safety and welfare of the victims, and the community"

BREAKING: Authorities have identified the man shot and killed on I-15 last Friday, March 27 as Sayed Mousavi, a 29-year-old living in Sandy. Investigators say the incident unfolded around 4:56 p.m. along I-15 near 3500 South, when a Utah Highway Patrol trooper’s vehicle was struck by a car driven by Mousavi, who was traveling northbound. After both vehicles came to a stop, the trooper approached and made contact. According to Utah Highway Patrol, Mousavi then brandished a knife, prompting the trooper to open fire. Mousavi was pronounced dead at the scene. The trooper was not injured. The investigation remains ongoing and is being handled by the Salt Lake County OICI Protocol Team 4, led by the West Jordan Police Department. No additional details have been released. Mousavi pleaded guilty in a case from November 2024, he was arrested in Sandy after authorities said he made threats to “kill Americans and kill the U.S.A.” Prosecutors also alleged he told police he planned to “buy guns and shoot up the Sandy Police Department.” In that case, Mousavi was charged with one count of making a threat of terrorism, three counts of failing to respond to an officer’s signal to stop, and a misdemeanor count of driving on a suspended license.

Biden badly misused immigration parole, using it unlawfully to bring millions of migrants into the U.S. A federal judge has now told Trump he can’t reverse Biden’s unlawful use of this narrow authority. It’s all so upside down.

A federal judge with a record of ruling against President Trump blocked his admin from terminating the parole of immigrants who entered the United States using the Biden administration’s app, writes @FredLucasWH dailysignal.com/2026/03/31/oba…

@alexisence Except we are not a strong state. We pretend to be red and conservative, but tax like blue states. We love illegal aliens more than natural born citizens. Utah treated my kids and me as unimportant, but made sure their terrible gate keeping mothers got their extortions funds.

Red Utah 👀 Mail-in voting states: CA, CO, HI, NV, OR, UT, VT, WA + D.C. (not exactly a group of red states) Also Utah: no ID at ballot return, no Secretary of State, heavy reliance on signature-matching, and some transparency issues. Utah’s a strong state, but there’s definitely room to improve our elections…

@RealTStevenson I also love the wives of my sons, mothers of my grandsons. Some women think as men as their equals, partners in raising a righteous family. The AWFLs think they are superior to men. Those women are to be avoided at all costs.

@aishahhasnie It was so rare until the last 40 years that Congress didn't see it as a priority... once Reagan gave amnesty in the late 80s, he created an incentive for this.. Reagan was a great president, but this his greatest mistake

I've seen birth tourism up close. It's a total abuse of the system. Think about it -- someone like me, who was not born in the U.S. but has lived here since I was a 6 years old, will never be able to run for President. But a child born here through birth tourism, then taken back and raised in their parents' country, never growing up with American values, somehow can. American citizenship is not an "insurance policy."

HOW MANY ARE TOO MANY? Did you ever hear about Karla’s preventable death? Of course not, that’s why I do this. I’ve  now posted the deaths of 1,280 people killed or allegedly killed by an illegal.  MSM doesn’t report them because it doesn’t fit their narrative. Open borders = preventable deaths.  To Democrats they’re just collateral damage. Please repost so Karla isn’t forgotten and inform the uninformed people of her preventable death.  I’m not selling anything, I’m not writing a book, making a documentary, etc.  There’s nothing in this for me.  I see what’s happening to our country and I’m trying to do something about it.  I ask you to repost  because MSM  doesn’t report these preventable deaths and people should know about them. @RealJamesWoods @JustJenRX @BillMelugin_ @SaraCarterDC @EndWokeness @libsoftiktok @AliBradleyTV @JennieSTaer @PressSec @StephenM @Savsays @Shay62958546 @ImmigrantCrimes @cptcookswife @CityCastles @OD_1204_ @clmuseum @OgScottish  @LilliD5   @maggienova7 @lizards112 @sabine_durden @JordanBrace8 @leslibless @PatriotGal480 @poconomtngirl   @browngravy_93   @6eustacia @Dapper_Det @AmerMommaBear   @GeorgeEliseo  @greyman7107  @ZeroDarkKitty @ALIPAC @JohnKobyltRadio @EL4USA @KatieZacharia

@coninutah The reduction did not help, but I know that we really need to quit belittling men, fathers and husbands. My 86 year old mother said that having RS every other week was nice. “We now do not have to listen to the younger ladies complain about their husbands.”

Utah Conservative
Utah Conservative@coninutah·
I can’t sleep, so I am going to rant about a few things. (1) I am more burnt out on politics than you can possibly imagine. The left’s all-out assault on Utah is bad, Utah Republicans’ non-response to it is worse, and Congressional Republicans’ complete and utter unwillingness to do anything to actually stem the tide of the left’s advance on any and all common sense should horrify everyone even marginally on the right. (Please note: I still think it is far too dangerous to get rid of the filibuster.) THE LEFT. WANTS. US. DEAD. It is about freaking time everyone on the right starts acting like it. There’s already basically nothing left anywhere to conserve, and things are only going to get worse from here. We need to (ELECTORALLY!) blow up the entire thing and start over. You will never hear me say we need to elect Democrats to anything—and, remember, anyone who says we should is not actually a conservative—but our current crop of representatives in D.C. are barely better. Ultimately, though, we can’t blame them. It is OUR responsibility to make sure we nominate and elect the right people. We haven’t been. And that needs to change. Now. (2) The whole move to two-hour Church was a catastrophic mistake and they need to return to the three-hour, three-meeting block. Holding alternating Sunday School and quorum meetings destroyed the momentum and camaraderie that could develop when they were held weekly; this new format change might fix that, but having so much less time for the meetings will result in less actual learning, activity, and action. I have heard every argument about the “family-centered, Church-supported” structuring, so you don’t need to say them again, but it’s clear that idea, as noble as it may have been, has completely failed in practice. In order to get back everything that’s been lost, we need to drop the whole concept and go back to what provably worked for decades. I’m sorry if it takes up one more hour of your time on Sundays, but that’s not worse than what we’ve been having to go through since giving up that hour in the first place. (3a) The anti-LDS bigotry on Twitter (and the Internet in general) has been accelerating lately to a degree I am not capable of coping with emotionally. It’s been most publicly typified recently by the likes of Matt Fradd and Joe Heschmeyer, but it’s everywhere, and it’s only getting worse. I applaud all of you LDS folks for fighting it so valiantly, intelligently, and soulfully, on Twitter, YouTube, and elsewhere, but the sheer number of people out there who just want to destroy the Church and others’ faith in Christ while wearing maniacal grins is completely wearing me down. My message to the attackers is: You are not winning, and if you think you are ever going to convince me to join your church or your side through this approach, you are at least as dumb as you are evil. All you are doing is advertising why I and everyone else are better off staying where we are. I don’t care if you don’t agree with the LDS Church, but whatever you do believe in, you need to find God, because you and He ain’t currently in the same hemisphere. (3b) Cancel The Daily Wire if you subscribe. (4) I am probably going to have drastically reduce my presence around here for a while. I have been undergoing a few significant life changes since the end of last year, and I’m clearly having a lot of trouble dealing with them; and a whole lot of complexities and challenges with work are making my daytimes just as difficult as (if not moreso than) the rest of my week. I participate in these discussions and fights on Twitter because I deeply believe in these things and think that, even if the odds are against us (which they always seem to be), it is our responsibility to fight for what’s true, what’s right, and what’s important. But for me at this point in time, that fighting is making it harder to live life, and if the choice comes down to one or the other, it has to be the latter.

@FreckledLiberty They need to protect their civil liberties by getting drafted just like my sons and grandsons and my dad did. If I had to register to get my right to vote in federal elections, then that is the least females can do at 18 years of age. Equality demands no less.

@goud4utah @NateForUtah If teacher just focused on reading, writing, and arithmetic, we would not have to worry about our kids. Unfortunately the feminist in the NEA and the UEA are trying to teach the kids stuff they do not need to learn from government employees. Teachers are government workers.

BREAKING: Delaware Judge Kathaleen McCormick has officially announced that she will no longer preside over multiple lawsuits involving @elonmusk and his companies after Elon's lawyers alleged she had shown bias against him after ruling against him in high-profile cases. Last week, Elon's attorneys wrote to the court pointing to a LinkedIn screenshot that they said shows she supported a post on the network celebrating Elon's defeat in a California civil fraud trial. In the past, Judge McCormick ruled against Elon with his $56B Tesla pay package case and the Twitter lawsuit. Here is Judge Kathaleen McCormick's full letter that she released today: "Dear Counsel: This letter addresses the motions for my recusal and to randomly reassign two of the three above-referenced actions. The motion for recusal rests on a false premise—that I support a LinkedIn post about Mr. Musk, which I do not in fact support. I am not biased against the defendants in these actions. In fact, I dismissed a suit against Mr. Musk just last year. The motion for recusal is denied. But the motion for reassignment is granted—I will reassign each of the three above-referenced actions. As should be obvious, disproportionate media attention surrounding a judge’s handling of an action is detrimental to the administration of justice. Fortunately, the Court of Chancery is far greater than any one person. I have complete faith in the Vice Chancellors’ abilities to adjudicate these matters. And three of them will. Please contact my Chambers to obtain a time for the random reassignment. All counsel are welcome to attend. But each of the individuals who signed the motion for reassignment or the joinder in that motion must appear to witness what they requested."

NEWS: Elon Musk and his lawyers are demanding Delaware judge Kathaleen McCormick step aside from a high-stakes Tesla case after she allegedly “supported” a LinkedIn post mocking a $2 billion verdict against him in a separate California case. McCormick was the judge who ruled against Elon in his big $56 billion pay package case in Delaware. The complaint includes a screenshot of a LinkedIn post by Harry Plotkin, a Southern California-based jury consultant who worked with the legal team that sued Musk for securities fraud in San Francisco federal court. “Thanks $2 billion for your help in this trial. It was a pleasure working against you. Congratulations to the trial team at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP and Bottini Law for standing up for the little guy against the richest man in the world,” Plotkin wrote on LinkedIn. The filing alleges the post was promoted by McCormick’s account, with a banner above it reading: “Katie McCormick supports this.” McCormick has denied intentionally endorsing the post, claiming she was unaware of the interaction until LinkedIn notified her she had used the heart-in-hand “support” icon. “I either did not click the ‘support’ icon at all, or I did so accidentally. I do not believe that I did it accidentally,” she wrote in a letter to attorneys. nypost.com/2026/03/25/bus…
