For the avoidance of doubt. The Codex App is here to stay. We are just investing way more into it than before and it's about to get quite awesome

Pain is the new moat "Anybody who wants to build something these days, the information is at your fingertips more than it's ever been. You can learn anything overnight. So going through the pain of learning and understanding what works and what doesn't work, and going through this pain of developing multiple approaches, and then solving the problem—I feel that is going to be the real moat as an individual going forward." — @kiritibadam, OpenAI

@airfrance does it again! Cancelled our original flight, booked us to Lufthansa and now that flight is also cancelled. They want us to downgrade from business class without refunding anything! Customer rep says I should care about traveling instead of complaining about money 😮😮

@SouthwestAir does it again!! Huge delays (>3 hours) just to drop bags at the OAK Airport. As usual, bad customer service, no booking changes possible over phone. Making customers wait in the cold outside the airport isn't a great holiday experience. Wdyt @SouthwestAir?

@airindiain I had to wait 30 mins on call multiple times to reschedule my ticket. They just simply disconnect the call without any notification. What a sham/scam of airlines that's supposed to help Indians during the tough times! #badcustomerservice #neglect #airindia

@Trip Calling them doesn't help with anything, and they have a "service chat" which just asks you to wait. Such a terrible customer service. #BadCustomerService

@Trip How can a dste change for a flight take days to process? Is this supposed to increase the ease of travel for customers? Please provide some quick responses for people in need.

@Flipkart Made a joker of itself by selling something which vanished in 5 seconds. I wonder how many units it had sold.
