Today, as the first ever BJP Government takes oath in West Bengal, it is natural for all of us to remember Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee and his everlasting contribution to the nation and West Bengal in particular. No stone will be left unturned to fulfil his vision. During the swearing in ceremony in Kolkata, had the opportunity to meet Shri Makhanlal Sarkar Ji. A devout nationalist, he worked with Dr. Mookerjee and was even arrested in Jammu and Kashmir while accompanying him. He dedicated his life to our Party, expanding its base across West Bengal, inspiring people from all walks of life to join the Party. We in the BJP are proud that we have such motivating figures who have worked among the people and strengthened our Party.

Despite the CBI investigation, the accused remain at large—and she remains steadfast with her heartbreaking plea and hope for justice. Will the dream of a politically violence-free Bengal ever be fully realized?

The ink on her finger represents not just a civic right, but a long, enduring battle for justice for her son's death. Although recent elections have been peaceful, the struggle of Anima Das from the Rajarhat-Gopalpur constituency continues.

Shameful! Axis My India's Pradeep Gupta says his survey team members were arrested by Mamata police for doing simple survey. Employee spent 21 days in Jail. Later High Court gave relief. Rajdeep listened to it quietly. Didn't speak a word against Mamata. Had it been BJP Ruled State, Rajdeep would've done several debates/shows and also interview of that person.

আজ মে দিবস। কিন্তু এই দিনে দাঁড়িয়ে একটা বড় প্রশ্ন মনে জাগে-যেখানে কাজের সুযোগই নেই, সেখানে কার জন্য এই দিবস?
