In this case, a crime victim is sitting in prison for defending herself against a violent man. A man held her by the throat and tried to drag her with his car. She shot him. She would have died otherwise. The lawyer in this video is trying to keep that woman in prison. She is doing everything she can... to keep that woman in prison. And she's so fucking lazy about it, so self-assured that she can get away with ANYTHING, that she shrugged and used AI to write her goddamned citations. Enough with the "she made an honest mistake" bullshit. Literally everything about this case is evil. These are evil people who go as easy as possible on violent criminals, and as hard as possible on their victims when they try to fight back. Throw out Hannah Payne's conviction. Let her go. Put this evil piece of shit in that cell and lock it forever.

She obviously used AI, because no one could possibly be stupid enough to cite a case that anyone with a Westlaw account could determine in 5 seconds didn't exist. I think it's time to start disbarring these people.
