Working on paper revisions. Finding myself irrationally angry at a reviewer’s comments. 1/2 are helpful the others seem like they don’t understand the paper and come across as demeaning. How do you address reviews that just aren’t helpful or are just wrong? @AcademicChatter

Excited to share that my 1st ch of PhD is live @molecology! We leveraged decades of old chytrid skin swabs to produce frog genotypes, revealed some interesting patterns across a sp. boundary, and provide a genetic road map for frog conservation onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.111… 1/

There is a lot of Twitter chatter surrounding a rumor that circulation of #COVID19 in California in fall 2019 has resulted in herd immunity. This is empirically not the case. COVID-19 was first introduced into the USA in Jan/Feb 2020. 1/18
