Please please can someone help me.. I received another note from DPD yesterday I’ve received on every day since Monday saying there’s an issue… this is an advent calendar which is pretty much redundant now.

@KLM_UK What an absolute travesty of an airline you are. Never flown with you before (probably for a reason) onto my 3rd flight cancellation before I’ve stepped foot anyway near one of your planes.

@KLM_UK Wouldn’t mind if you cancelled the outbound and inbound at the same time. But no… do it in dribs and drabs. I’ve revoked my outbound flight thinking the inbound was but nope - cancelled.

@BritishGas Would like to thank British Gas Homecare for leaving my 76 year old grandma with no heating or hot water until Tuesday. They fitted a new tank on Friday, which leaked.

@Hull_Trains 14.48 from Kings Cross. The guard said it could be the blinds and some people are more sensitive to it than others, I’ve had to sit with my coat over my face the entire journey it’s awful.

@Hull_Trains This train absolutely STINKS. It smells like urine and is completely unbearable. Going to be a long 1 hour 40 minutes. I’m sat with my nose over my face, heard several others say the same.

@pandocruises Hi, we are due to depart 18th December to Caribbean and haven’t heard anything? Is the cruise going ahead? When will we hear flight times? Christmas Day plans? When formal nights will be etc? Communication has been poor.

@grantshapps Hi Grant, looking for some advice please. Our Portugal wedding was cancelled last year for obvious reasons. We have it planned for August this year. We had got our hopes up when Portugal was added to the green list, for it to be removed a matter of weeks later. (1/2)
