Finally update. No offer of tickets, only a refund at 6pm for a 7pm show. Thankfully bought tickets on Ticketmaster. @StubHub @TeamStubHub just terrible practices.

Stubhub once again agents hung up on me, ended the chat as I was asking questions. I want to know if I'm going to be guaranteed tickets as an option and not just a refund for a concert we traveled across country for?

@therealbuotte @StubHub @TeamStubHub Yep. Final status, no tickets and I was only offered a refund as usual. Thankfully I bought tickets on Ticketmaster to be safe tonigh.

@CJackGOFAST Agreed. Just like the predatory pricing tactics that eventually got changed we need to do the same with selling tickets that aren't in hand.

@KnicksWest This is a scam company. Everyone stays far away. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit and recorded conversations before they refunded me. They will have a class action lawsuit on their hands eventually.

@venator99 @lukecombs Yep, I know this will be the way. It's so much about how they treat repeat customers. I understand the risks of using them, but you'd think or hope they'd have decent customer service by now.

@KnicksWest The answer is no. They screwed me on @lukecombs tickets, when they went higher then what I paid, they gave a refund instead of guaranteed tickets. They are completely worthless

@rissypoohh Agreed. I just don't thing platforms should be able to sell tickets unless tickets are in hand. I understand their protocol, it's about how they treat their repeat customers.

@KnicksWest I didnt get my tickets until hours before the show after calling over and over. They had to give me new tickets the day of. Extremely unreliable so just buy syraight from Ticketmaster going forward.

@KnicksWest I did the online chat with them for a playoff NBA game. They sent me options for new seats in 15 minutes 🤷🏼‍♂️

This was the most enjoyable season of Knicks basketball in my whole life. I refuse to be upset or angry about how the season ended. We will be back and so will Big Knick Energy 🧡💙

@KnicksWest @BigKnickEnergy_ What do you love about kat? Hes soft, doesn't work on his game, scared of the moment, gives absolute zero effort on anything that's defense or a switch. He gave you one quarter, and it wasn't even him that brought them back it was OG and the bench

Bro, I been watching this team for my entire life. Last years team I was insanely happy with. This is objective analysis. If you watched this team this year you would onow was nothing new to us loyal fans. This was how they played, and 50 games was a delight, but they had no cohesiveness.
