Trump can only be removed under the 25th Amendment with the actions of this Republican vice president, this Republican cabinet, and this Republican-controlled Congress. So, if you're asking what Democrats are doing today, I'm not sure you understand how this all works.

Almost every Democrat in Washington is calling for the impeachment of President Trump today, and they're in the minority. Now just imagine if they take the majority. If that's not a wake-up call for Republicans to get back to work, fully fund DHS, and pass the SAVE America Act -- frankly, I don't know what is.

When historians write about this time they will explore why no one stopped him: why no one in his govt or the GOP or the elites in finance that prop him back pretending they don't see the disintegration or not caring as long as they make $ did anything meaningful.

We have to take a step back and recognize how dangerously desensitized we have become to Trump. The President of the United States is casually threatening the death of an entire civilization on social media between promoting vanity projects. This is not 'tough talk' or 'the art of the deal.' This is the rhetoric of a madman. The world is watching us. Our allies are horrified, and our enemies are emboldened by our chaos. Officials in this administration, from the Cabinet, to the Pentagon, to our military commanders, who go along with this unconstitutional rush to mass slaughter must be held accountable. Following illegal orders does not protect you from the rule of the law. This President has proven himself fundamentally unfit to hold the nuclear codes or the lives of our service members in his hands. It is time for Congress to find its backbone, return to session, assert its Constitutional authority, and stop this madness with impeachment proceedings or any other legal means at our disposal.
