Any company that hosts, distributes, services, or otherwise facilitates communist-controlled TikTok could face hundreds of billions of dollars of ruinous liability under the law, not just from DOJ, but also under securities law, shareholder lawsuits, and state AGs. Think about it.

We thank President Trump for providing the necessary clarity and assurance to our service providers that they will face no penalties providing TikTok to over 170 million Americans and allowing over 7 million small businesses to thrive. It’s a strong stand for the First Amendment and against arbitrary censorship. We will work with President Trump on a long-term solution that keeps TikTok in the United States.

Not surprising. Biosteel worked as a powder for athletes. But the huge marketing push - on a product that doesn't taste great in the first place - was overly optimistic.
Athletes think Biosteel is great. The general public? Nope. My local gas station was literally giving it away

@KristaLevitsky @Skechers_Canada People are allowed to make mistakes these days. It's all about how they fix them. So far, this brand did not deliver any communication on this mess nor attempted to do so. If you like to be stonewalled after obvious pricing error by the store, it's your choice.
