FACT: Since 2004, passengers have been entitled to a refund, in the original form of payment.

@TransLink please hire qualified agents for call centre. Called 2 times as bus 2 was late (vehicle 57 scheduled at 2:58pm in fact left at 3:07 from stop 51842) and one agent just lied, and second dropped call after the hold

@AirCanada please find us a gate agent and ask them to do is a favor and do their job and open a terminal door which they forgot to open, so passengers of AC 8095 flight can get out of the plane and head home.
