Minister @OmarAlghabra repeats the falsehood that passengers were not entitled in the past to a refund when the airline cancelled a flight for reasons outside the carrier's control. FACT: Since 2004, passengers have been entitled to a refund, in the original form of payment.

@CTA_gc @Westjet failed to do so. They cancelled my flight on Dec 29 and could not offer me any flight until Dec 31 though Air Canada had tickets available to my destination on Dec 30 and so did Flair. You are doing a very poor job protecting public & a very fine job protecting airlines

@TransLink please hire qualified agents for call centre. Called 2 times as bus 2 was late (vehicle 57 scheduled at 2:58pm in fact left at 3:07 from stop 51842) and one agent just lied, and second dropped call after the hold

@AirCanada please find us a gate agent and ask them to do is a favor and do their job and open a terminal door which they forgot to open, so passengers of AC 8095 flight can get out of the plane and head home.

@KristaLevitsky @Skechers_Canada People are allowed to make mistakes these days. It's all about how they fix them. So far, this brand did not deliver any communication on this mess nor attempted to do so. If you like to be stonewalled after obvious pricing error by the store, it's your choice.

@canadalifeco 1hr 25 minutes and still holding. This is beyond "we are experiencing delays". This is "we have no one at the call centre and don't care about your questions. Never had such a long wait either with SunLife or Manulife.
