BREAKING: former city lawyer Paul Paradis just told a judge that the FBI determined Mike Feuer lied to a grand jury when he was asked about his knowledge of an extortion payment ordered by his office to conceal LADWP litigation collusion. Feuer has denied knowledge of payment.
