Big shout-out to @IndiGo6E Airlines. 👏 Our 4:30 PM Madurai to Chennai flight was aborted just before takeoff due to a last-minute technical issue, kudos to the crew for their sharp vigilance and prioritising safety. All passengers were accommodated on an unscheduled 10 PM flight. While many of us missed important commitments, the #IndiGo team at Madurai airport was incredibly kind, patient, and hardworking; managing multiple flights and even arranging snacks and meals for everyone. We often criticise airlines when things go wrong, so it’s only fair to appreciate genuine effort. Hats off to the ground staff who worked tirelessly to make things right.
