@Stuckey2 Maybe the checks that the streaming companies are writing are so big that they don’t care, but they are definitely losing viewers. Casual fans will flip on games if they see it on cable/youtube tv. Older people/casuals aren’t going to open up a completely separate app

I personally just hate streaming a huge game. I pay for cable and YouTubeTV and every single possible subscription but it’s so much easier to just put the damn game on my tv. Yes I’m probably just old

So many thoughts on the whole streaming thing from a lifelong die hard sports fan and bettor who is also directly impacted by its impact on the bar business. Will try to make a few key points.

@Clevta Agreed. Also all these GMs know Mendoza is going 1. Are they even spending much time evaluating him? He’s not going to be there when they pick, so it does them no good to say he’s their top QB. If a team is considering Simpson in Rd 1, what else are they supposed to say?

Even tho I think the Ty Simpson stuff is out of whack I also think its ridiculous that ppl think Orlovsky or Tannenbaum are hyping up Simpson just bc they share the same agency.
