My journey began on my 65th birthday in 2019 as I researched weight loss diets once again. I remember holding my head in my hands believing that it would probably be just another fruitless effort and accepting the fact I’d just have to get used to being “fat Leslie” as I’d been slender most of my life. I read information about Keto diets. Thought it all sounded so convoluted having to count macros and track ketones but dug in anyway when I read some comments about Carnivore Way of Eating. I knew right away that it made much more sense. Found my way to YouTube where the 2019 Carnivore Conference was happening. All of the top names presented on their areas of expertise so I had a full education! Jumped in and haven’t looked back. All health issues disappeared. Felt like I was in my 50’s again with changes in body composition, mobility and skin changes. It’s been just miraculous!

Many people don’t know this, but we pay a fee on every airplane ticket purchased that’s supposed to go directly to fund TSA. But 10 years ago, Congress passed bipartisan legislation that diverted the security fee revenue into a general “slush fund”. Everything is a scam. 😩
