I had horrendous experience with LG product and customer service. LG.com won’t show my review. I will post it here. The CordZero vacuum stick slipped and hit the floor (it happens!). The telescopic pipe shattered. It was purchased a little over 1 year ago and still fairly new. The pipe looks simple to replace and I hate to throw away many good parts (landfill!). First I tried to find the replacement part on LG.com. It is not offered. I dug out my receipt and was overjoyed that I bought the extended warranty at purchase. Thus my saga to get service started. It wasted my whole good afternoon. First I tried the LG customer service number. While holding the robo message suggested using chat bot -->I switched to chat bot-->get forwarded to human chat-->Confirmed the extended warranty and give me their customer service phone number to call-->talked to customer service. confirmed again the extended warranty. Give me premium care number to call and the warranty case number --> Talked to premium care rep (not LG, a third party provider), told to hold, disconnected. --> Called again, told to hold, after a while got looped back to LG customer service --> LG rep was sorry that I got looped back to them and told me to hold, disconnected --> Called premium care again. The robo message suggested it would be faster to use their asurion.com web site. -->tried the website. filled out a bunch of forms and uploaded receipt et al. claim denied and case closed! --> Called premium care again and told that my case is already closed and nothing they can do. asked to speak to a supervisor. --> supervisor told me that extended warranty covered structural and electric, not accidental. I said that scrape and bump are expected normal use. Vacuum sticks are not glass pieces and should not shatter so easily. My case should be structural. She said that accidentals are covered only for portable appliances. Vacuums are plugged therefore not portable. I said that the vacuum is cordless thus portable. At this moment, she hung up on me! My gripe against this product is many leveled-- 1. Bump and Scrape is expected normal use of vacuum stick. An important structural component shouldn't be so fragile. (the pipe) 2. Please offer reasonable priced replacement of such a fragile component. This is actually all I wanted. I didn't want to throw all the good batteries and motor into landfill. Not to mention this is a fairly pricey equipment. 3. It is unethical to sell so called extended warranty with opaque terms at purchase. 4. Very rude to bounce customer back and forth and waste their good time. At every step I have to produce all the number and documents and got disconnected repeatedly. It’s shameful that a big and powerful company like LG treats their customers so bad

@LGUS Well my new LG oem power supply board did not solve my LG C3 OLED issue, tv still does not work. Reminder, only 2 years old. Dragged out the 10 year old Visio as a replacement, works just fine. Don’t buy LG OLED tv’s.

@LGUS 1st LG appliance we have ever owned and it’s down again for repairs. Bought May 26, 2025. 1st the internal light went out due to improper shielding. Now the magnetron dead after 9 months of use. Will this microwave even last a month after it goes out of warranty? I doubt it.

@LGUS I have a 1 year and 2 month old “All in one washer and dryer” that just started leaking water from underneath it. I had paid for a service call and the technician they sent shined a light at the machine and insisted it wasn’t leaking and didn’t attempt to repair.

@LGUS Let me be clear here. LG should have addressed this problem when it popped up on numerous tvs. Not just the G2. Instead they make you find out the hard way then make you fight them. I do not at this time recommend anyone buy LG unless you’re prepared for a fight if it goes bad.

@LGUS I’d be more impressed if my over $2000 LG G2 flagship tv didn’t die last night after just 3 years due to a faulty power board that LG knew about but doesn’t care to replace. Clearly you can’t build a financial empire without crushing a few loyal customers.
