If the PA is quiet, is it a technical fault or just a lack of initiative from the guard? Either way, "trapping" passengers isn't acceptable.

@SW_Help it left at 6:59, driver/guard said over tannoy ‘this service is calling at every station to london waterloo’ , stopped at all stations until mortlake and then just went straight to waterloo ? everyone on the train coming back from allianz was also very confused
