WOAH 🚨 House Oversight Committee finds there is a company is Florida called “Have My Baby in Miami” It’s a birthright tourism company and just this one company has brought OVER 2,000 FOREIGNERS TO AMERICA TO GIVE BIRTH “That's the name of an actual company that is facilitating birth tourism into the United States, where foreigners come in on visas, have children, then leave so that their children can remain American citizens” Rep Brandon Gill “That's a problem. The American people are sick of it, and my task force on the House Oversight Committee is going after these companies” I looked more into this - It is a Miami-based maternity concierge service that specializes in helping foreign nationals travel to the US to give birth - Their website and marketing explicitly target international clients especially from Latin America, Brazil and more - They say they have assisted with over 2,000 international births in the U.S. But it goes even further than that Services include: - obstetric and pediatric care - logistical support for housing and transportation - visas guidance - delivery at facilities like Mercy Miami Hospital - postpartum care. This is a highly sophisticated operation, and it’s all to exploit our HORRIBLE birthright immigration loophole policy The House Oversight Committee says they’ve found many of these companies We won’t have a country if this continues

Today is a very difficult day for my family and I, It’s a day of departure and goodbye. My old friend who’s been nothing but a good girl will cross the rainbow bridge this evening and my heart is absolutely shattered. Aurora is 12 years old and has lived a good and long life with us… we just wanted more time with her but God had other plans. I am extremely thankful to President Trump for going me the blessing for having spent these last six months with her and to be able to be here with her. Aurora is the last link of my mom as she was her companion and service dog before she passed, and today makes it all a little harder because of that. 🐶🐾🥺💔😢🙏🏼

 - These entities collectively billed over $250 million from 2018–2024 in the Home and Community-Based Services waiver program Convicted Felons, Foreign Nationals and Questionable Operators all involved 
- Involvement of individuals with prior fraud convictions - Assault records - Criminal histories - Foreign nationals that are mainly Somali-linked networks in areas with large immigrant populations - Money allegedly funneled through intermediaries, sometimes paying family members for fake “services” like hanging out at home Systemic Failures in Oversight and Verification 
- Minimal checks on whether services were actually delivered - Providers lacking proper qualifications - Billing for ineligible recipients - Billing for dead people Exploitation of “Personal Care” and HCBS Waivers
 The program intended for home and community care instead of institutions was gamed for “companionship” services with no medical training required or proof of delivery This turned into a massive fraud network rather than genuine care, with shell companies acting as pass-throughs

John Thune is sending the Senate home until June. Trump's reconciliation bill? Unfinished. SAVE America Act? Abandoned. He’s throwing a fit over President Trump’s compensation fund for targets of the Biden DOJ, but you know what these Senators had no problem with? A $500k slush fund for THEMSELVES after they got spied on. Not for the innocent Americans who were illegally surveilled for years. They did nothing to stop lawfare against American citizens. The second it happened to THEM, they demand half a million dollars each. Republicans have a trifecta and can’t get anything done. The base is watching. Thune is a disgrace.
