The Save Act Dilemma? There truly is a dilemma. Part of the Save Act is unconstitutional. Our constitution gives states the power over their elections. Our federal government has no authority over the states election roles.
The Save Act tells states someone must be a citizen to register to vote. But every state has their own requirements accorded to them by their state constitutions.
So, who has control over elections? Federal or State?
