@Uber and @UberEats support is literally the worst I have ever experienced and I’m definitely only going with Bolt in the future. All they do is throw you between AI chatbots or to likely underpaid workers who are instructed to copy paste standard responses.

Apparently it’s widely known that @Uber drivers don’t return lost items. Interesting that Uber actively protects this behavior and give no consequences. Doesn’t feel like a very safe service and it’s unfortunate that I’m finding out the hard way

@Uber @dkhos @UberEats so when an uber driver takes someone’s belongings, admits to uber that he has them and ignores the request to contact the user to return it, uber does… nothing?? It has soon been a week since my luggage was stolen and Uber ignores my every message.

@Uber Soon a week since my luggage was stolen by an uber driver. Uber has confirmed that he has it but refuses to take action for ensuring he returns it. Never seen a company care less for their customers. Never using Uber again with this support.

@UberUK I did and you ignored it. Great customer service @Uber, over 48 hours has passed, driver hasn’t reached out. I haven’t even been able to talk with a human. This is why Bolt is winning

@Uber @dkhos it has been multiple hours since I contacted uber support after my driver drove away as I was grabbing my luggage in Amsterdam. Why is it impossible to get in touch with a real person who actually helps you. My flight leaves in 2 hours

@Uber your support is unacceptable. It has been 7 hours since one of your drivers stole my luggage and I keep getting left on read. At least let users contact drivers the same day and leave the plate number for the police report. Seems like you are endorsing theft.

@UberEats @Uber_Support There seems to be no movement even though support says they have reached out to the driver. My flight is in a few hours, is it possible to escalate this @Uber ? It seems unusual that it would take multiple hours to contact a driver to drive back and leave my luggage.
