POV: You just paid S&C, one of the three most expensive and high-powered law firms in the world, $3000 per hour to submit AI slop to the court on your behalf.
No one is safe.
I turned a Zillow listing into a cinematic property renovation video for $15 (no camera, no drone, no film crew)
Just listing photos + Calico AI.
Most agents are paying $100-$500 per property for videos at this quality. Offer this to realtors in your area and print money.
Here's how the workflow breaks down:
→ Grab listing photos from any property (Zillow, Redfin, take your pick)
→ Lock in one consistent renovation style across the whole house
→ Generate photorealistic after-renovation images
→ Animate the transformation in every room
→ Build a cinematic closing shot with the realtor's contact info
→ Drop in a custom music track
→ Stitch it all together
The result: a scroll-stopping property video that gets buyers dialing — built entirely from photos that were already on the listing.
No videographer. No staging budget. No waiting around for golden hour.
Comment "RENOVATE" and I'll send over the full workflow + every prompt + a step-by-step walkthrough video (gotta be following so the DM goes through!).
Anyone born the day Matt Sylvester hit the 3 to beat #1 and undefeated Illinois can now legally drink. A toast to Syl, Coach Matta & that 2005 Buckeye team for providing one of the greatest and loudest moments in the Schott. Happy 21st anniversary fellas!
I have heard from a few home services clients that there is Google Review extortion going on. A non-US person posts a 1-star Google review, then reaches out to offer their "services" to remove it if they are paid. Google, of course, is not helpful at all. Anyone else see this?

Bad customer service will eventually kill a company.
$UBER is the perfect example.
Tonight I ordered Chipotle delivery. Paid $25 for a burrito because I’m home with the kids while my wife recovers…worth it all day.
Order shows up…no chicken.
THE main ingredient.
Not rice. Not salsa. The chicken.
So I go to support…
They credit me $2.
$2!!!
Try to escalate…automated response says I’ve already been credited.
It’s not about the money. It’s the principle.
If you mess up the entire meal, you make it right.
I’ve been using Uber Eats because of my $AMEX Platinum…
I’m done. Switching to DoorDash.
If even one of you does the same, this rant did its job 👊
Lastly, short $UBER

Today, I sent a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi and U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro informing them that I will not be sitting down with them for their inquiry over a 90-second video I filmed in November.
Here's why.
The HP Printer is the worst product of all time, to the point where it's shocking they sell even one.
Biggest issue? The thing rarely works.
Have tried printing this 9 times today.
Throwing this thing away.
What should I get instead?
Will order today.
Please tell me the next show my wife and I will watch.
Could be Hulu (Disney), Prime, Netflix, or Paramount.
We need som4ething light, maybe a comedy. Something like Cheers, Schitt's Creek, Seinfeld.
I used to go to @Starbucks everyday, but I am done. It shocks me when you walk in to get your drink, the store is empty, 4 people working, and they haven’t even started it.
