@Eli_Albrecht Happens a lot. If it is just one or two, it’s hard to get them down. If there are bunches that happen, google responds pretty quickly.

I have heard from a few home services clients that there is Google Review extortion going on. A non-US person posts a 1-star Google review, then reaches out to offer their "services" to remove it if they are paid. Google, of course, is not helpful at all. Anyone else see this?

Bad customer service will eventually kill a company. $UBER is the perfect example. Tonight I ordered Chipotle delivery. Paid $25 for a burrito because I’m home with the kids while my wife recovers…worth it all day. Order shows up…no chicken. THE main ingredient. Not rice. Not salsa. The chicken. So I go to support… They credit me $2. $2!!! Try to escalate…automated response says I’ve already been credited. It’s not about the money. It’s the principle. If you mess up the entire meal, you make it right. I’ve been using Uber Eats because of my $AMEX Platinum… I’m done. Switching to DoorDash. If even one of you does the same, this rant did its job 👊 Lastly, short $UBER
