@LabGrownFemcel @Qveen_Potato I'm fairly sure that the money will be found..if you are an Olympic level athlete £185 is nugatory in the grand scheme of training costs.

Chromosome testing for female athletes exposes how TERF talking points affect women around the world. These policies inevitably affect cis women, especially those who don’t fit narrow ideas of femininity, or women who may not even know they have an intersex variation like XY chromosomes. History routinely discriminates against women of color and women's bodies who don’t match someone's idea of “real” womanhood.

@Qveen_Potato Everyone who takes these tests and has XX markers will be rightfully allowed to compete. Those hiding behind XY won't. Federations that have actively sought out DSD athletes will no longer be allowed to cheat their way to medals. It is a win for females who get their sport back.

My cousin’s husband abused her for years. Whenever she told people she felt unsafe in her own house, they brushed it off saying “You’re overthinking,” “Don’t ruin your marriage,” “Men are like this,” “Just adjust.” So she stayed and kept trying to make it work. One night while she was asleep, he tried to suffocate her with a pillow. She woke up and realized what he was doing, and when he saw she was awake, he beat her badly. She ended up in the hospital with serious injuries. That’s when everyone suddenly had something to say: “She should have left earlier,” “It’s her fault for staying so long.” But not one person shamed the man who did this to her. Society rarely holds men accountable, and that’s the real problem. SOCIETY DOES NOT SHAME MEN ENOUGH. She eventually recovered physically, but years of abuse had already destroyed her mentally, and she later ended up in a psychiatric asylum. Teach your daughters that ending up alone is far better than ending up in a coffin.

We're at a point where there are no cheap options to retreat to and no price points that guarantee quality. Every run-down studio is $1400, every fast food meal is $17, every luxury condo has peel-n-stick tiles, every $300 pair of boots falls apart. Endless expensive mediocrity.

@thehereticwoman @nickimoraa Did they not receive the freedom to stay home and take care of their children? Finacial freedom? Leisure time when their children were school age? Autonomy over their home and social life? Sounds like a pretty good life to me.

@Rich_Cooper Chivarly isn't something mem only do to and for women. It's about having honor and dignity in every aspect of your life, including being fair with other men and being truthful to all. Chivalry is a trait of your character. It exists independently of others.

just my $0.02 but there is nothing discussed more on this app than women’s bodies. nothing. they are dissected, ranked, graded, and mocked daily. a man can post a random woman’s selfie and make 10k from it. women’s appearance is the central commodity of the internet. and now men are suddenly saying they "don’t care" about postpartum bodies?? be serious. it’s the most hypocritical thing i’ve read all week. social media made women’s appearance the main currency. it’s now impossible to scroll without seeing a "perfect" woman being praised and mocked in the same breath. and of course it messes with you. so yea, women are going to feel weird about their bodies after giving birth. and you can say "there’s nothing wrong with postpartum bodies" all you want. your actions, your jokes, your algorithms say otherwise.
taoki@justalexoki

men, is it true that you are disgusted by postpartum bodies?

They're afraid of what it will do to their bodies because men in their lives have made it abundantly clear that they expect a level of perfection that is unobtainable without surgery or superhuman genes. Pinning this on feminine vanity is insultingly reductive.
TastefulLindy@LindyTasteful

I've had multiple women in NYC tell me they don't want to get pregnant because they're afraid of what it will do to their body. Much more common fear now.

Since Keir Starmer banned puberty blockers, 15 trans children on the waiting list have lost their lives to suicide. Before his ban, only 1 did. Keir Starmer and Wes Streeting murdered these children. Sir Keir doesn't give a flying fuck about suicidal people. He wants us dead.
Keir Starmer@Keir_Starmer

Last year I met with @3dadswalking who each lost a daughter to suicide. Hearing their stories was heartbreaking. My government is protecting young people in school and online with better mental health support made more accessible through our Plan for Change.
