I’ve been with Comcast for over 15 years & recently switched to @ATT and in less than two months it has been a nightmare. Our internet has been turned off because our “order was cancelled” still don’t know how that happened. And now we’ve been getting the run around for 2 hours

Shoutout to @AmericanAir for losing my bag at DFW, it has been 2 days and all they can say is “it got to the airport, we don’t know what happened next, we can’t find it”, I have had to buy a whole new wardrobe of clothes and shoes to wear around and train in🤦🏾♂️ smh

Icy roads & my girls were FOUR minutes late checking their bags for a flight that leaves in AN HOUR & @FlyFrontier “supervisor” had the empathy of a green bean. I pray to God I never lack this much concern for people. Absolutely disgusting.

It’s been exactly 2 months now since I filed my claim & @safelite was supposed to fix my windshield. 2 months of getting the run around, no communication or a lot of attitude, no car washes & spreading crack across my windshield 😒🤸🏾
