@AmazonHelp ARGH that's what I did to get the original screenshot that said the return had been received, but you STILL claim it hasn't and have charged me for it!! That automated system doesn't have an option for "I returned it but you clearly missed it in the box and have now charged me"

I returned two items. You've since charged me for one saying I didn't return it even though I did (and it was confirmed).
I don't have the item. It's useless without the thing I bought it for (which was in the same return)
