Hotel closing… they still want £100 fee From @TUIUK We have not been advised of the hotel closure as there are no notes in the booking to advise this from the holiday change team who would note this in the booking. Until this is the case I'm afraid it would be normal T&C #shit

Our hotel is closing in July ‘26 - we go in Jan ‘27 (it’s not being rebuilt) we’ve been into branch & shown them what’s on the hotel website but they won’t acknowledge it until the hotel informs @TUIUK - they want a £50 pp rearrangement fee to change hotels!! #badservice
