Marina is absolutely spot on. If Nick Timothy said that Jewish people gathering in Trafalgar Square was a domination. He would've been sacked.

@Ella_M_Whelan I see your point re how autonomy to fully determine one's future (as far as the law provides) is liberating. I question at what point that liberation infringes on another individual's, & how far you can stretch the restrictions (e.g post-partum). Thank you for answering

I'm not side stepping - if you're pro a woman's right to choose, it means you support her freedom to make choices about her life and body no matter how you personally feel about it. Women's freedom/liberation means the freedom to decide her own future - the choice to terminate/continue a pregnancy is future defining. Thats why many of us adopt the slogan as early as possible, as late as necessary to summarise our position on abortion.

@Ella_M_Whelan Respectfully, I think you're side stepping my (genuine) question. I'm more interested in women's liberation than a subjective definition pro-choice. Looking to understand your view, rather than challenge it.

@LambriniPapi If you're pro choice then you're... pro choice. Otherwise you're 'pro some choices that I like'.

Some of the weirdest people in life are the hyper-active users of LinkedIn. When did LinkedIn become the place where people trauma dump? Professionals using their dead relatives to make posts / content about business or work? It's not normal. Worst social media platform.

🚨In the UK, a man gets absolutely SMASHED by a double decker bus, gets back up, dusts himself off, and goes to the pub for nice cold pint 🍺 🇬🇧 Cool, calm, collected - what a patriot 🗿

Naturally every death is tragic. But media is misrepresenting the population risk of meningococcal disease. Clicks = revenue.

To put into context how rare meningococcal disease deaths are, at least 1.6k people in the UK will die today (average). Virtually zero (0.08) will be as a result of MenB. In 2024-25 there were 31 invasive meningococcal disease deaths.
