On Sunday night a team member got thrown in the marina (it happens regularly) and lost a wedding ring. Now someone in full diving equipment, and an underwater detector, is about to try and find it.. #F1

@SAS was incorrectly refunded only tax component of booking, when it has been confirmed many times we are entitled to a full refund due to schedule change. Case ID 1939266. Please advise when remaining refund will be made.

... Apparently this has been the case for a while. You should probably publicise this fact, as it’s not widely known to your loyal customer base. People will then better understand the shortages are not due to cynical opportunistic expansion, but simply a lack of supply.

@HelloFreshUK I’ve just spoken to customer services about missing items this week, who were great as always. This is the first time times have been missed in almost 5 years! When asked, the representative confirmed that new and lapsed subscriptions are not being accepted...

@HelloFreshUK It’s really poor that you have continued to sign-up new customers in contrast to Gousto. If it had been to help those most at risk then we would have no issue, but this is neglecting your original, loyal customer base. We’ve been with you from 2015, is that not worth something?
