@Agmeme1 We account for it in our stocks estimates, as long as it gets reported. We try to be clear that ALL stocks on hand are to be included- even those in “temporary” storage.

@LanceHonig does the USDA account for grain that is being bagged on the farm or in emergency storage? Is that just on surveys? Thanks in advance. I think there is more bagged grain YOY everywhere.
