@redzenox @SaluunTV I mean I am not a classical MMO player, but the point of an MMO is to find friends and/or guilds to make the game more approachable. What we see right now is just the free market where tanks and healers are in high demand and ppl that refuse to play those roles have to wait in q.

Blizzard really messed up keys by making the first 7 levels obsolete. I've been sitting here for 25 minutes without a single applicant. I just want to level up my own key. I feel super punished for opening the vault on this character upon logging in. At least let me destroy it

@jobjourneyapp @DudeWhoInvests to be fair, if you've been looking for work for any length of time, you'll ignore those 'requirements'. because most of the time they're for things you can learn on the job anyway. also it's frustrating to be a modern job seeker. remember what it's like on the other side

@DudeWhoInvests I've reviewed probably 500+ resumes at this point and the pattern is obvious - maybe 20 out of those 242 actually read the job description before applying. The bar is genuinely low if you take 15 minutes to match your bullet points to what they're asking for.
