Lewis Hamilton had an incredible run at Mercedes. The Mercedes F1 team received about 25% of all TV time during its championship-winning seasons, and its valuation increased from $400 million to $2.7 billion. Now, Hamilton is signing with Ferrari & the stock is up 7% premarket.

Ferrari's stock is up 10% today on the back of a positive earnings report and news that Lewis Hamilton is leaving Mercedes to join the company's Formula 1 team. This news has added $10 billion to Ferrari's market cap — and the stock is now trading at an all-time high.
