I haven't run a marathon, but building cardiovascular capacity is orders of magnitude more difficult than building strength. And I like running more than lifting!




@CoffeeBlackMD @wolfstrength They’re taxing and don’t optimally target any specific muscle. I used to do them for fun when I first started lifting, but prefer RDL’s now.

For every height, you’re going to have an ideal weight that looks best on you. For guys, this weight (pounds) should be maintained at 10% body fat or below, meaning you need solid muscle development: 5’6 = 170 5’8 = 185 5’10 = 200 6’0 = 215 6’2 = 230 6’4 = 245
