So I guess we'll do a thread on the arch for the bench and use some material from the book. First, we'll start some basic concepts. Like the the lockout position for the bench is directly over the shoulders and in balance because it has virtually no moment arm and uses the least amount of energy.

@ZOG_SLOP Legs stabilize your shoulder position on the bench press. You will bench more weight and have bigger muscles if you use your leg drive. Hope this helps 👍
