Americans have been negatively polarised into thinking Putin isn't that bad--he's just a guy standing up for his country. They're wrong. He's as bad as it gets. In 50 yrs his name will heard like Stalin's is today. Westerners who carry water for him will be permanently stained.

When the Ukraine war broke out, I began researching journalists who were experts on Putin because I wanted to commission some of them to write for me. I was shocked to discover how many of them were dead.

So many calls to remove Zelensky from power, yet not a single demand to replace Putin.

Never thought I'd agree with her but she absolutely nailed this. This is how you deal with the "land for peace" crowd.

Please name me a European country that was in a full-scale military conflict during WWII, had 25% of its territory occupied by the enemy and still held elections? Ukrainians really love elections. We love democracy. And we have never made idols out of presidents. BUT we need REAL PEACE in Ukraine before the elections because: - millions of Ukrainians are refugees outside Ukraine; - millions of Ukrainians are hostages in the territories occupied by Russia and will not be able to openly express their will; - millions of Ukrainians are soldiers today, so they cannot be elected, and it is impossible for them to vote normally because of constant fighting.

In Bucharest tonight. Big pro-European rally, “Romania Hopes”. Thousands have turned out in the cold in University Square, with EU & Romanian flags. A lot is riding on Sunday’s 2nd round presidential election, with far-right EU & NATO critic Calin Georgescu the favourite to win.

Tbilisi, Kyiv, Aleppo, and Bucharest. All resisting Moscow.

Ukrainians are fighting and dying every day so that we can be safe and enjoy the right to say asinine, ignorant, and cowardly things on podcasts.
