BREAKING: Iran is organizing nationwide human chains of youth, athletes, and artists at every power plant in the country at 2 PM Tehran time tomorrow, per Iran's Ministry of Sports and Youth. The campaign is named "Human Chain of Iranian Youth for a Bright Future." Its slogan: "attacking public infrastructure is a war crime." International signage will be displayed for global media coverage. At least 2,000 NGO members are confirmed. The chains form 13 hours before Trump's 8 PM ET strike deadline. Iran is gathering civilians at the exact infrastructure the US has threatened, and televising it to the world.

@DBaneBurna I’m a baptist myself but would spend summers in a Mississippi Pentecostal church with my grandparents. Was shocked when I didn’t seem to see one Pentecostal person when I arrived at Ole Miss. Seems to be more of a southern Mississippi thing

@notwhydeegee2 This is wrong and your judgement is based off of a random basketball player? Adoption of religion is going down and going down quickly, especially among the youth.

@casey_gisclair Hey Casey, we already have a small sample size for our coach it was pretty impressive for a first time head coach. Hope this helps

Ole Miss fans need to be paying close attention to what’s happening to Tennessee baseball. Because this is your football future. The coach is bigger than the program, you panicked, hired from within and now are in a mudslide of regression.

@casey_gisclair I hate ole miss more than maybe a MSST fan or some LSU Fans and I think you should at least give their coach a fucking chance to coach a single game before you dunk on him

LeBron James on Memphis 3 years ago: “So many great musicians came from this town… being a blues music guy myself, it feels good to be part of a city that has so much culture and music.” Why the switch up 🤔🤔

@KeithCarterOM Quite the reply from an AD to an anonymous account that was very vocal and supportive of you last fall. I hope Mike does well this year for your sake. You’ve clearly drawn a line. Game on. We will see how it plays.

Joe….we all hate losing but the insufferable losers like you and others who tweet at me in the middle of the game from their parent’s basements is just ridiculous. Be better.
Joe@JoeHeisman

@KeithCarterOM Where was this energy last week when we went 0-4 against Memphis and State? Do you only tweet-beef when things play out positively?

@PlayOffJimmy_ Very true I’m not a fan of a single Nashville team except the Preds and will most definitely not be when they inevitably add a baseball team

@LarryBanks69 If they moved to Nashville tho the fan buy in would be piss poor and most home games would be mainly opposing fans

"BURY ME DEEP BOYS, WHERE THE BEASTS WON'T GET ME" The 11th Mississippi, containing Company A, the University Greys, was detached from the Army of Northern Virginia in November of 1862. First they were sent to North Carolina, and then they were sent to Suffolk, Virginia in early 1863. While they were detached, they missed the battles of Fredericksburg and Chancellorsville. They rejoined the Army of Northern Virginia with Robert E Lee on his second invasion of the North, that culminated in the Battle of Gettysburg. The 11th Mississippi rejoined the (ANV) about June 5, and they were soon headed North with the rest of the Confederate Army. About June 15th they marched through the battlefield of Chancellorsville, that had been fought six weeks before. Marching through that battlefield, they saw wild pigs, wild dogs, crows, and vultures still feeding on unburied bodies. The stench was terrible. The sights were even worse. They were marching North, and they knew that march would include one or more Battles. Some of them got a picture of their sad future. They all got a chill looking at what had been fellow Soldiers. A few days later they marched through the Battlefield of Sharpsburg, that had been fought nine months earlier. There they saw multiple low grave mounds. They saw skulls in ditches, thigh bones in farm fields and rib cages in the woods, from the unburied dead. Those weren’t cheery sights as they saw the harsh reality of War and Death. The 11th Mississippi and the University Greys did not fight at Gettysburg until the third day of the battle. They were put into line for Pickett's Charge. Before the Charge they had to endure a nearly two hour cannonade. Jeremiah Gage, University of Mississippi Class of 1860, UM Law Class of 1861, pictured here, was mortally wounded and carried back to the Field Aid Station, by one of his best friends, and his messmate, Jim Daily who had been appointed litter bearer that day. At the aid station the Assistant Surgeon looked at him and told him there was nothing he could do for him, he had but a few hours to live. The Surgeon gave him time to write a sad last letter to his mother, and then he handed him a cup of Black Drop, morphine and alcohol mixed together. After drinking it all down, Jeremiah Gage looked at his friend and messmate Jim Dailey, and said, “Bury me deep boys, where the beasts won't get me!" He was obviously thinking of the two battlefields they had marched through. Gage was dead an hour later, and Pickett's Charge took place. All of the Greys in that charge were killed or wounded. The dead from that forward Field Aid Station were put in a wagon and taken back to the larger Field Hospital on the Hagerstown Road South of Gettysburg. There they were buried individually, in a farm garden, as decently as conditions permitted. Gage was exhumed in the Summer of 1872 along with all the other Southern Confederate dead that could be found over the Summers from 1871 to 1873. Today Gage's bones rest in Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond Virginia.

My Dear Mother, This is the last you may ever hear from me. I have time to tell you that I died like a man. Bear my loss as best you can. Remember that I am true to my country and my greatest regret at dying is that she is not free and that you and my sisters are robbed of my worth, whatever that may be. I hope that this will reach you, and you must not regret that my body cannot be obtained, it is a mere matter of form anyhow. This is for my sisters too, as I cannot write more. Send my dying release to Miss Mary...you know who. J. S. Gage Co. A, 11th Miss. P.S. This letter is stained with my blood.

@PowerHourLSU What are you talking about man he would have never seen the field unless Austin Simmons got injured. Feel like that’s a pretty big oversight by Kiffin and Weis.

Trinidad Chambliss’ life was changed by Lane Kiffin. I don’t think I would throw the man who helped make me wealthy under the bus. Sad.

@TheDeltaDon @GoBucks5240 @On3 It’s not moving the goalposts when it’s factually accurate and you set the goalposts. He lost to Kentucky and Florida and is 13-25 against top 25 teams. Just won his first Top 10 road game ever against Oklahoma 13 years into his career

NEW: Ole Miss QB Trinidad Chambliss on the difference between Pete Golding and Lane Kiffin: “The personalities are a little different than our old coach and coach Golding. I’d say he’s more of a team guy. We really value his leadership, whatever he says. He shows you faster than I can tell you. He leads by his actions, and we really appreciate that.” (via @OleMissVideo) on3.com/news/ole-miss-…
