@ChrisMMillas Why would $MSTR trade at a 1.5x mNav when all the preferreds are senior in the capital stack?

If I were Michael Saylor and $MSTR was trading anywhere around 1.5x mNAV, I would raise enough capital to cover a minimum of 5 years of dividend obligations for 3 reasons: 1. We are in a Fourth Turning. For anyone who hasn't read the book, this is a period when what can go wrong usually does go wrong so you want maximum protection against tail risk. Most people massively underestimate this. 2. You further strengthen confidence across the entire capital structure. Five years of runway provides even greater certainty around dividend coverage for Digital Credit investors regardless of market conditions and reduces tail risk for Digital Equity investors. This is arguably the most important. Since $MSTR is not truly anchored to the price of Bitcoin, the entire game is based on confidence (sentiment). 3. You create optionality. The capital can be deployed opportunistically into Bitcoin if the price falls materially, instead of being trapped solely in defensive funding mode. If the Bitcoin price holds, nothing is lost because the capital can still be used to service dividend obligations, retire convertible debt or directed to any other activity deemed beneficial to shareholders. Anti-fragile.

@MichaelIslet @A5T3R0lD Humans have been eating ruminant animals for 2 million years. Plant based oils have been around for less than 10,000 years. Industrial seed oils have been around 100 years. Does it make sense that red meat is all of a sudden bad?

@LaserEyeWojak @A5T3R0lD Nah, unsatured fat is the healthy fat. But it’s all about what products you use. Natural products don’t increase inflammatory responses, while industrial unsaturated fats in what you use to fry stuff f.e. does.

Modern public live poker is getting worse and worse. - Regs wearing headphones - Lecturing VIPs on mistakes - Rejecting bombpots or straddles - Forcing fish to show their cards This creates a hostile, boring environment. Not every reg is like this, but enough are that games become increasingly boring and unfun. I might step on some toes and not everyone might agree, but I have talked to many VIPs, private game runners, and high-stakes regs, and most of us agree: mid-stakes live games are filled with regs that make the game worse for everyone. If public live poker is to thrive again, this has to stop.

@MichaelIslet @A5T3R0lD Well you don't need any seed oils to get enough omega 6. As you've seen many restaurants have switched from veg oil to beef tallow. Beef tallow still has omega 6, just much lower ratio.

Insurance minimums for motor carriers has not moved beyond $750k set in 1985. Just to keep up with CPI inflation, it should be 2 million. To match medical inflation, it should be closer to $3.5m

@VanjaPoker For profit players should consider the VIP their customers. It doesn't matter what you want, the customer is always right. You are not entitled to get action from a VIP. This is what private game runners figured out. Cater to the VIP.

"Digital credit" is a made up term meant to trick people into buying this stuff. $STRC and $SATA are not native to Bitcoin. They are like any other security. A treasury bond in my Fidelity account is 100% digital at this point. Is that "digital credit"?

@MichaelIslet @A5T3R0lD Omega 6 is inflammatory in high amounts. However, it is an essential fatty acid. So yes its good for you in the proper amount. Most Americans are consuming 10x more than necessary omega 6. This is the argument against seed oils.

@A5T3R0lD Seed oil has a lot of Omega-6 which is good for you, but a high intake would compete with Omega-3, which is an ever better fatty acid, and could prevent the body from taking that up. But that’s about it.
