My @sprezzabox finally arrived. After 5 months. FIVE MONTHS. They only apologized for the delay and refunded one of the items that had gone out of stock. Nothing else, no refund on shipping or free replacement or anything. Shitty #CustomerService Never buying from them again. 1/2
