Yeah they do data gathering but they aren’t good at identifying the location of gunshots and they’re far less efficient than just tracking existing reports… that’s how they decide where to put them in the first place. But they cost 10s of thousands to instant and thousands to maintain only to not find gunshots any better. Just buy more cops

The term 'education' has been rendered meaningless through bureaucracy, fraudulent results, deviancy, union militancy, corrupt tenure systems etc. So be it. Let's use 'knowledge' instead which is the real currency of life and its supply is dwindling. Which brings us to teen takeovers, brawls in public spaces etc. Those who lack knowledge are fearful of it. And fearful of being exposed. Their reaction is also animalistic: they scream and lash out to distract, to scare, to escape. Low-class brood mares are also prone to these fits. They are dead-enders who have brought the dead end even closer by having illegitimate children at a young age. A lifetime of poverty and squalor typically follow, thus compounding the anger. The children of brood mares grow up with nothing but this flash-anger. It's all they know. And, as children, they are already prone to tantrums. They become children in adult bodies who are a constant danger to all around them. The result: ignorance in stronger and stronger concentrations with each generation with correspondingly higher levels of violence and lower levels of any restraint, regret, fear (of the law, of punishment, of retribution). Compounding the problem is socialization by dysfunctional peers as evidenced by speech patterns, music preferences, clothing, grooming (or lack of) etc. Media who typically rely on euphemisms to excuse the dysfunction let the mask slip a bit when they accurately describe a stampede because that's exactly what it is: a mindless rush of animals. Herd control is familiar to cowboys, farmers, shepherds etc. but in non-farm ie suburban and urban environments this sort of large-group animal control was once thought unnecessary or preposterous. No more. Animals understand very few stimuli: hunger, pain and fear of both of these. Absent these stimuli they won't react or modify behavior. Ergo, without these stimuli the outcome will not change.
