Nervous but excited to finally post this, since you guys know I almost always work with YouTube channels 1 on 1. January. Only 20 of you. Small YouTube cohort. This is the stuff I normally only teach to big channels or on private calls. I’ve been doing this for 11 years, across channels of all sizes and niches, and what works never changes.
