@cineworld @HarlowCineworld It’s one of those situations that if I were to complain during the film I’d miss part of the film, even though the viewing was a poor one.i won’t be using Cineworld cinemas again.

@cineworld just got back from seeing #projecthailmary and I’ve got to say,your sound system is appalling!struggled to hear the dialogue all the way through.and your temperature control of the auditorium was shocking!! When you pay £15 a ticket, I expect better than that 😡😡

@cineworld No. To be honest. I didn’t see the point.I wasn’t the only person of the public who felt the same. I experienced the same at my last visit,and put it down to a one off, it obviously wasn’t.the sound system obviously isn’t checked very often.
