@davidu We (@RenderCap ) always price post. Ownership and exit math matter to everyone involved and at the end of the day our job as VCs is to reduce variables and risk for our LPs and the startups we invest in. Post does this.

Why do venture firms offer term sheets in terms of pre-money instead of post-money valuation? When ownership details matter to everyone (founders, investors, etc.), isn't it in everyone's best interest to just talk about things in the post-money form?
