It seems plausible to me that over the next ten years or so, AI may eliminate 10% or more of all middle-class white collar jobs, and that most of the millions of people losing these jobs will not be able to pay their mortgages and will be forced to sell their homes. With millions of homes coming on the market, the price of housing will likely drop. Renters with secure occupations — that is, those likely to be immune from AI shock — will benefit enormously as home ownership becomes more affordable. Does this seem like a plausible scenario?

@HannahDCox @xevekiah Could it possibly be that we have so tribalized our interactions with each other, the concept of male/female partnerships have taken a back seat to unhealthy power struggles. In that case, these symptoms make sense and if homosexuality rises as a result, it’s understandable.

Most men are gay. They're literally gay. Because they don't really like us women. Our natural bodies, they think it's gross. Our interests, they think it's cringe. Spending time with us, they think it's like a responsibility. And if a guy has a girlfriend, and instead of date night with her, he genuinely wants to be with the boys, and he feels it's a punishment that he can't spend time with his boys, he doesn't really like her. So I genuinely think most men are gay but they haven't figured it out because being gay is like also too feminine for them and they don't like feminine things.
