@DhananiZain @dailypigskin Harbs is notorious for showing his hand on good news and being vague on bad news. Ken basically had a whole show on this recently

@FantasyKash 1/3 of the league with full continuity is pretty crazy. 6/11 are more or less bringing back QB+RB as well.

Teams w/ the same 5 OL starters (important for continuity / communication): - Seahawks - Bengals - Bucs - Broncos - Eagles - Rams - Jaguars - Chiefs - Cowboys - Vikings - 49ers Some nuance ofc (Brandel started only cuz of Ryan Kelly injury, etc.)

@Own_TheOwnables @RyanPaganetti Every position will be different. We already know the majority of first round QB in the sample are top 10 picks, so while their overall rate is high I'm sure top 10 WR are retained more frequently than top 10 QBs. Quintessential Simpsons Paradox

Teams draft 1st-rounders expecting franchise cornerstones. But how often do they actually keep them? I looked at every NFL 1st-round pick from 2000-2021. % who signed a 2+ year second contract with their original drafting team: OL: 50.0% QB: 44.6% Off-ball LB: 42.0% TE: 40.0% IDL: 37.8% RB: 31.4% CB: 30.7% WR: 30.7% EDGE: 30.3% S: 28.6% Another example of why offensive line investment has such a strong roster-building case.

@RyanPaganetti If we're breaking out CB from S and IDL from Edge, don't we have to separate T, G, and C. For example if Tyler Linderbaum was a Tackle he'd be in purple next season. 5th year option has a bigger impact on G/C retention than any other position

@RyanPaganetti @ScottBarrettDFB @SleeperHQ The asterisk for Hutson is he gets credit for his kicking stats. I'm also scraping newspapers for stats lost to history. I've already found some block FG returns from Hutson so more points incoming!

@FantasyKash Does he share an agent with Stafford too? Almost certainly colored his perspective in the race between Jackson and Allen in 24

@DhananiZain Yeah. I don't know how you weighted personnel in your How does OC travel study. It's probably worth asking how does OC change with and without an All-Pro on the field as a layer on top of that

@LeagueHistoryFF Yeah I think it’s interesting even previous to the Ravens Agreed it could be overrated but also is that a Lamar scramble stat where he historically (pre Monken) also didn’t target RBs as much? How does that apply to Watson/Shedeur? It’s more of a ceiling cap tbh

Browns breakout = Quinshon Judkins More importantly, saying he "has to learn to play on pass downs" makes be feel like he probably doesn't Including what @RyanJ_Heath tweeted before (below) - I'm skeptical

@DhananiZain A lot of this is just personnel though. Henry can't catch, can't block, and needs a breather due to extreme usage on rushing downs. Also Hill has like two and a half targets a game here not exactly Larry Centers over here

QB fantasy points per game and EPA per dropback over the last two years suggests the ADP gap between Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen is probably too wide.
