I think her name was Janice and she worked for Rolling Stone but a Google suggests these may be entirely misremembered facts.

Years ago I read a book by a female music journalist about her career in the industry, where she interviewed people like Dolly Parton etc... I remember Boy George telling her how to apply concealer... It was great but I've forgotten the name... Anyone?

@BBCNews I was threatened with a criminal record for taking my children (6 &7) to Lapland for 3 days to visit Santa in December. The penalty notice was never delivered or I would’ve paid it straight away. It was farcical. If they are persisting with fines they need to ensure they arrive.

So pleased #Barbie was everything I hoped and expected it to be. Greta Gerwig has made an iconic film with plenty of heart as well as laughs. It looks brilliant, the cast is amazing, dialogue snappy and the ending is just beyond perfect. And I did wear pink to watch. Obvs.

@katewsayer @PregnantScrewed It’s bonkers. This was one of the main reasons I decided to go freelance so I could manage my own diary and work on my own terms. Holidays are still an exhausting (and expensive) ballache though, even with a childminder for the youngest and clubs for the eldest.

Book four of my holiday completed and what a treasure this was from @cpooleywriter. It made me laugh out loud and cry, both tears of sadness and joy. Such wonderful characters and it resonates even more now that I’m in my 40s.
