@British_Airways I did carry medication in hand luggage too, but unfortunately Inflammatory Bowel Disease requires a substantial amount of medication therefore needs to packed in suitcases. I have followed links suggested and still no joy, what next???

@British_Airways I’m in southern Italy with my children and still no luggage, no response, no reply, not acceptable, advised BA that urgently need medical supplies in missing luggage for my daughter and nothing, can’t even track progress! PLEASE RESPOND this is appalling!

@kategore82 @passportwaiting I didn’t get any notifications at all from TNT not even delivery texts etc, I just kept checking the link that HMPO sent using application number they seemed to work after 2.30pm the courier collection happens between 3-5pm so guess maybe that’s why. Good luck

@yasminwilde @passportwaiting Mine went straight from docs received 26/09 to approved on 15/10 no processing. What’s your timeline? I was pretty much told to cancel travel plans on Friday as I fly this Wednesday, then within 2 hours I was approved! Different version each time you call them!
