@LeeBearton @LNRailway Ticket acceptance is agreed on a day-to-day basis, so we wouldn't be able to confirm this is valid on London North Western services at the moment, but we will be able to look into this in the morning if you check back in with us. - Sama

@AvantiWestCoast Sorry, what is your job @AvantiWestCoast? You’re a train company that charges a fortune for running a train service but can’t provide a that service because you have a shortage of train crew. You couldn’t make it up.

@AvantiWestCoast Thanks. I did manage to claim a refund for the cancelled outbound journey, but NOT the return journey, which you argued was not cancelled and therefore didn’t warrant a refund! Ridiculous. Had to call and argue for it! Why would I need the return if you cancel the outbound?!

But with yet another fare rise implemented and my train cancelled due to “a lack of train crew”, it would be nice to see more staff available for running your trains rather than this. Maybe Avanti could make the donation and let the staff run trains.

@NespressoUK Second time you’ve collected, claimed to have repaired and returned our coffee machine … and it has clearly not been touched. Doing exactly the same thing. Can’t be used and we’ve now wasted four days waiting in for collections and three weeks of “repair”

@JustGiving Just donated and as I hit “pay” I saw a £7.50 “tip” to you! Nowhere was it clear before this that I was tipping you but no way to stop payment. Then a message asking if I had been aware I was tipping. Nope!! How do I get it back? I had no intention of paying this.
