This is the so-called “justice” of the Taliban beating women with whips. This is a crime, and the world must not remain silent. Where is the United Nations? Where is UN Women? Afghan women are being denied education, work, and dignity yet the global response is absent.
I was at the meeting to vote against allowing this to happen. I have 20 girls who have all said they would quit playing football if boys were allowed to play in their league. The FA need to reconsider their stance on this before they force a generation of girls to leave the game
This is unacceptable. I have seen first hand what work Gaz and others have to do to keep his u14 girls team together. This is another barrier for girls getting into football. @SDPhq @LeedsReSisters @WilliamClouston
