The Ratio Show: The Working Man's Politics!
How would Catholics know the church was true without the Bible? The first writings occurred 17 years after Christ's ascension. The Bible was not compiled until 382 almost 350 years after Christ's ascension. Therefore, oral tradition, the liturgy, stained glass windows, frescoes, and even plays spread the Bible across the world for 1500 years and, as historians agree that the Bible's dissemination didn't actually occur until the 1700s when the printing press and the cost of the Bible's production decreased from roughly $256k (today's pricing back then) to today's pricing of $20-$150, even after Luther's objections the teachings of the Catholic Church occurred without the Bible being in the vast majority of people's hands. And for those who say we don't appreciate the Bible, I have a question for you. Who canonized the Bible you use today? In 382 AD, the Catholic Church compiled all 73 books of the Bible. Additionally, we have all the writings of the church fathers that reiterate everything we still believe today. Sts. Polycarp, Irenaeus, Ignatius, Origen, Optatus, Jerome, Augustus, Aquinas, etc. I'm guessing you've never read a single one of them. Protestants believe paradosis means teaching in English. They're wrong. Which also means their translations used in the Martin Luther Bibles are also wrong. As paradosis means tradition in every instance it was written. Which means that 2 Thes 2:15 actually reads - Therefore, brothers, stand firm and hold fast to the traditions that you were taught, either by an oral statement or by a letter of ours. So, how would Catholics know the church was true without the Bible? We'd know from the writings of The Didache, The Epistle of Barnabas, the first and second epistles of Clement, the Epistle of Polycarp to the Philipians, The Shepard of Hermas, Irenaeus of Lyons, Tertullian, Clement of Alexandria, Origen of Alexandria, Cyprian of Carthage, Athanasius of Alexandria, Basil the Great, Gregory of Nazianus, Gregory of Nyssa, John Chrysostom, and Augustine of Hippo. All of their writings could easily prove the truth of the church without the Bible. Protestants, however, can't prove their religion without the Bible, and at that 40k+ differences in protestant understanding of the Bible means not a single one can prove it holds the truth of Jesus. 1 Tim 3:15 - But if I should be delayed, you should know how to behave in the household of God, which is [THE CHURCH] of the living God, [THE] pillar and foundation of truth. 🚨 ALERT: DEMOCRAT MELTDOWN GOES NUCLEAR IN MINNESOTA! During a gun-control sit-in meltdown, Rep. Aisha Gomez screamed at a Republican colleague: “GO F*CKING SHOOT YOURSELF!” The same party obsessed with banning guns just told a colleague to eat a bullet because their bill failed. Peak hypocrisy. .@GadSaad agrees with Orwell: it takes an intellectual to come up with truly stupid ideas. When academics are disconnected from reality or accountability, bad ideas spread like parasites. While STEM professionals have to answer for their mistakes, humanities professors build theories that no one ever has to test. That lack of accountability is exactly how toxic ideas take over a university and eventually a culture. If these professors can't survive the scrutiny of their own ideas, should they be teaching our children? Watch here 👉l.prageru.com/49RBlY7

Ben is completely right: Daily Wire is a marquee company with a huge paid subscriber base; their work helps drive real progress in the political arena; and Ben is going to outlast the grifters and psychopaths who are trying to poison the Right with their nihilism.

Sharia law is a cancer to the world, and it must not be allowed to take root in the United States. That's why bills like my Americans First Immigration Act and CRUSADE Act are so important, they stop the invasion before it's too late.

Ten Commandments in schools? “Dangerous.” Sharia literature in schools? “Diversity.” As a Green Beret and combat veteran who served overseas, I’ve seen firsthand what extremist systems do. That’s why I introduced legislation to ban Sharia law in Georgia. America is tired of the double standard. 🇺🇸

Tomorrow might be the last day I will be able to set foot in England. Why? Because I'm speaking about free speech at @TRobinsonNewEra's Unite the Kingdom Rally. Tommy joined me to explain how important it is for the world to see Keir Starmer’s attempt to silence anyone who speaks out against the violence of this Islamist takeover: “For me, it’s great that the world can see what we’re living under. The world can see the way he’s treating you, the way he’s treating politicians. How do you think he treats us? The facts speak for themselves. You can’t just call it racism or extremism. In 2003, we had 8,000 rapes. Now, we had 88,000. Are we just supposed to carry on? Picture Minnesota. The State Department put [Somalis] there. Purple state. They know their birthrate will exceed the local Americans. They know they’ll be loyal to the Democrat party. They’re importing votes. Well, picture that in Minnesota, across the whole of the U.K.”

Elon just endorsed it. Gad Saad dropped the hammer on Fox this morning. We now live in a world where: - Rape victims get less sympathy than their rapists - Homeowners get less than the squatters breaking in - American vets get less than illegal migrants - Repeat felons with 186 charges get 200 more “chances” because “society made them do it” This isn’t kindness. This is suicidal empathy. Universities spent decades teaching our judges, leaders, and elites that personal agency is a myth if you check the right oppression boxes. So criminals become victims, victims become bigots for complaining, and the whole system rots from the inside.

Join me on @rumblevideo, @X, or @Twitch at 5:30 AM EST tomorrow for the next episode of The Ratio Show where I'm going to Rumble On: Maine Preps for Mamdani-Style Senate Race, Trump Secures Boeing Deal - Ep. 394, 5/16/26. On tomorrow’s show: Maine, like most states, is preparing for their primary elections coming up in June and things are getting wild as the Pine Tree State could be heading for a Mamdani-like senator. America appears to be the winner in the negotiations that took place between President Trump and Xi Jinping. Illegal immigrants have been bilking the American taxpayers to the tune of billions, maybe even hundreds of billions of dollars. Noting the rampant illegal immigrant fraud and the reluctance of Communist Democrats to stop it, President Trump and Vice President Vance, the Fraud Task Force chairman, are putting the kibosh on funds headed to those states. Expecting a ‘gotcha’ moment, TMZ attempted to land a campaign ending blow to Spencer Pratt, but instead, their own poll proves why media can’t be trusted. From deals in China to media failures, President Trump and the truth sure seem to be putting up win after win after win, but I’m not tired of winning. Are you? This is The Ratio Show…Let’s torch the nonsense. #MAGA #TorchTheNonsense #ratioshow #MaineSenateRace #TrumpInChina #MACA #CutesyTimeIsOver rumble.com/c/TheRatioShow

🚨 HOLY CRAP! Scott Presler just went outside John Thune's OFFICE and said he's now playing HARDBALL because the SAVE America Act has stalled Presler is now calling for Republicans to VOTE AGAINST Thune allies Bill Cassidy this Saturday in Louisiana — and against John Cornyn in Texas on May 26 "Send a clear and decisive message to Senate majority leader phone it. If you do not pass what we want as the majority, the popular vote, then you're going to lose with meticulous precision, colleague after colleague until you give us what we want peacefully. Game on." "I mean this in earnest, this is the single most important piece of legislation the American people want in his country saving. And I've done my best to be diplomatic. I've done my best to reach across the aisle and work with members of Congress in order to pass legislation that 84% of Americans want!" "It's time to play hardball." @ScottPresler

There are two important steps we need to take to stop the advance of Sharia law in our country: 1. PAUSE all immigration 2. Win cases in court by making it clear Islam is a political ideology, not a religion that can hide behind the First Amendment.

Israel doesn't train dogs to rape Palestinian inmates. That's a vicious, stupid lie pushed by a slimy little propagandist. But this newest blood libel is meant to distract you from the latest released evidence- including video recordings that *no credible person says are fake* of Palestinians doing the most sadistic, grotesque things imaginable on Oct 7- raping corpses while they are mutilating and murdering them, lighting genitals on fire, shooting out the eyes and genitals of helpless victims, forcing husbands to watch as their wives and children are raped and murdered- And Palestinians did this on the *orders of their elected government* with months of planning to do exactly what they did. It wasn't spontaneous. The monstrous cruelty, the sexual degradation was the point. They knew Oct 7 wasn't going to win a war, or gain any territory. It was just an orgy of Jew hate and violence. The Palestinians were mass murdering, child rapist terrorists who did all this and were gleeful about it. They made phone calls boasting to their family members. Did anyone in the Hamas government express remorse or regret about any of this? Or anywhere in Gaza? Of course not. They ordered it. They delighted in the extreme pain and cruelty of the Oct 7 operation against Jews. So now some Americans, including ones who claim to be conservative, are taking the side of Hamas and claiming this was a genocide? What do these people really think Israel was supposed to do in response to Oct 7? Fight an imaginary "gentle" war? No response at all? Give up? Childish thinking. Absurd moral preening. War is hell, but Hamas brought that hell upon Gaza.
