As someone who doesn’t have steady income, I’ve never been able to take on a mortgage— so I haven’t been able to benefit from owning real estate. But Bitcoin finally gives everyone the ability to own property— without taking on debt. I think this is a giant leap forward, and is an aspect of BTC ownership that I don’t hear discussed much….

@Beiwatch I saw all this data segmented by age of mother at date of first child born. Nearly all of the decline was attributable to the decline in the 13-17 year old bucket. I would argue that’s a good thing. But that’s just me. With a daughter and three granddaughters.
