@beverleyturner It's really simple. If people get personal in a political debate, they've lost the debate.

@CatharineHoey @RoyalFamily Although the sovereign has not normally given a message at Easter, you cannot do that in a christian countrt when yoy give messages to ither relugious groups especially when you are the head of the church. Easyer is the most important religious timevin the christian calendar.

Is it true that the King is not delivering a message for Easter. ? If this is true why is he not ? We need to have a reason. If he can give messages to Muslims on their special religious days surely he must send a message to Christians. @RoyalFamily

@JohnCleese Most stores in Canada carry halal products (and honestly are usually cheaper and better quality)... They usually have multiple ethnic areas... My local store has halal, Kosher, Vegan, Asian Jamaican and Indian sections... You went from funnyman to raving racist...Such a shame....

GB News has turned into the Reform channel. After a New World investigation found hundreds of breaches of the rules on accuracy and impartiality, Ofcom has failed to do its job and act. We've seen what Fox News has done to politics in the US. We can't let it happen here.

Dear @Ofcom Are you able to remind @BethRigby of @SkyNews that there are broadcasting standards that must be adhered to. And that she must refer to our Prime Minister with complete respect. Constantly referring to him as " Starmer " is disrespectful Thank you

Overnight, I received messages from former colleagues still serving in and around RAF Akrotiri. They are as furious as I am—witnessing firsthand how weakness invites attack. A drone strike on sovereign British soil is no longer hypothetical; it is reality, and it is the direct consequence of years of feckless policy. After 32 years of service to Queen and country, I have never felt such profound anger and deep embarrassment toward my own government. Starmer's chronic indecision—his shameless pandering to the Muslim vote—has placed every single citizen in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 in grave and unnecessary peril. This is not solely his burden; the rot runs far deeper. But make no mistake: he is the wrong leader at the most dangerous moment in our modern history. He is Chamberlain on steroids—timid, vacillating, and willing to sacrifice national security on the altar of short-term political expediency. Every government since—and including—Tony Blair bears responsibility for this unfolding catastrophe. They have gambled with our lives: - Ruthless cuts to our military budget and capabilities have left us hollowed out and exposed. - The dogma of multiculturalism has proven a catastrophic failure, eroding cohesion rather than building it. - Mass immigration, unleashed without any serious attempt at integration, has overwhelmed communities and strained our social fabric to breaking point. - Terrorism stalks our streets once more. - Violent crime—including rape and murder—rages out of control, while social decay festers unchecked. I am sick to death of imbeciles, straw-man arguers, weak, limp-wristed beta males, and shrill mouthy feminists dictating the fate of this proud nation. Enough. The time has come to take back control—for real. I am stepping away from X to chart a path into politics. I had thought my service was complete, that I had given enough. Clearly not. The country I love—our history, our values, our sovereignty—demands more. I will hold every politician who has betrayed Britain to account. We start with Blair and Campbell, whose hubris set this disaster in motion, and we end with Starmer and all who enabled this weakness. Justice is coming. The Tower awaits. Have a good day—while we still can.

@MonkEmma @ZiaYusufUK Anyone is permitted to think they will win any seat and when the rules of voting are not adhered, the votes of thise tgst bebmroke the rukes are counted rather than void and legal proceeding taken , then that electorial fraud and should be nukked and re run.

No. The obvious question no one is asking in the media is why on Earth would Reform assume they’d win in a seat like G&D?? The idea it was “stolen” from Reform is utterly ludicrous. A younger, well-educated, slightly diverse constituency was never going to vote in hateful, divisive bigots
Emma 💛💙🇩🇰🇬🇧🇪🇺@MonkEmma

And this is NOT an area where the Right does well It has been a Labour area for decades This by-election was a seismic shift from 2-party politics, with only 28% of the vote going to Labour or the Tories But it wasn't some shocking win which MUST HAVE INVOLVED CHEATING for progressive parties 4/

It's alarming that almost nobody is asking the obvious question: If the independent, non partisan election monitors of Democracy Volunteers observed 'family voting' affecting 12% of voters in Gorton and Denton, and such conduct is illegal under the Ballot Secrecy Act 2023, why was it allowed to continue? Why have no arrests been made? Why has Britain become so desensitised to the industrial scale exploitation of our systems of government that authorities simply shrug? Time to make the law mean something again. Britain needs Reform.

It means Democracy Volunteers observed – without providing evidence – 32 instances of more than one person in a voting booth, and they extrapolated that to the entire electorate to arrive at 12%. It does NOT mean: ❌ That there was any coercion ❌ That it is evidence of cheating or sectarianism ❌ That it benefited any one party over another ❌ That there wasn’t a valid context or benign reason ❌ That the 12% figure is even remotely accurate, given the tiny sample ❌ That Britain needs Reform any more than the Titanic needed another iceberg

Britain’s military installations throughout the west Asian region are hangovers of an imperial past that should be decommissioned Moreover - bases like Akrotiri in Cyprus, which exists largely to facilitate Israel’s occupation of Palestine - are despised by the local population

Really concerned to hear the Defence Secretary refuse to rule out UK's involvement in future strikes on Iran. Iraq lessons must be learned. Further escalation in the Middle East makes us all less safe. Starmer must rule out UK involvement immediately.

Omg.... Once we accommodate Muslim traditions like this into our cultural infrastructure, there will never be any going back. It's as though the decision-makers WANT to cause national division. Weak leadership creates uncertainty and fear. Fear creates anger. Anger creates violence. Where are the bloody adults?

I am pleased to see the UK is not involved in these strikes on Iran. They are ill-advised and illegal. We will be hit by the consequences though & need to prepare for chaos in the region, with shipping lanes, oil facilities & military bases (including our own) being attacked.
