Illinois outplayed Iowa over the final eight minutes to win tonight, no doubt, but the one-sided (and atrociously bad) officiating that went against Iowa in the first half and throughout the early part of the second half kept this game close. That’s what’s most frustrating.

So after not taking two points off the board for Illinois earlier on a clear basket interference, they now (effectively) take two points away from Iowa by stopping play on a clear breakaway for contact that is entirely irrelevant to the play. Wow. #Hawkeyes
