Yesterday, I found out that I have MS. I haven't processed it. Intellectually I know what it does and how it works. I'm trying not to be angry at my body or anything, I'm failing pretty hard. Life really needs to give me a break.

I am distressingly happy about the revival of Nu Metal happening. I'm not sorry 😂

@DoctorPerin There's a lot of good suggestions in the responses. So here's one folks don't seem to think of often. Make it more holistic. I'm tired of the stupid divisions between physical and mental health. Everything is connected. Time to address all of it in a multi-disciplinary way.

In 2019 I went on a podcast interview circuit for practice. I was bad at it but I learned a lot. In 2025 I started a podcast for practice. After nearly 50 episodes I’m starting to get the hang of it. I’m at a crossroads: do I go on another podcast circuit or get guests myself?
